This film sums up exactly why I do what I do, why I put up with the criticism, the attacks, the misunderstanding and the judgement sometimes aimed at me.
Everytime I watch this film I find myself crying. I find it so deeply, deeply moving.
I feel honoured to call Mila, (the subject of the film) a friend. I have learnt and will continually to learn so much from her about the realities and complexities of being internationally adopted.

Wow, her blog is what actually changed my whole framework on ethics in adoption 2 years ago! This video is so important. Thank you for sharing it! And it is also one of the reasons I speak out too.
